正望江景逐层而上的螺旋形建筑是富阳区目前唯一坐拥一线江景的综合商业体——鹿山时代。一条富春江水横贯杭州市富阳区全境，围绕“八山半水分半田”的城市半山区，一侧为横贯东西的富阳大桥，另一侧为建筑师王澍为富阳区所作的“三馆合一”新城文化高地——富春山馆，此处无疑是寄予城市厚望之地。
